Highstreet will post the annual proxy voting record for the Highstreet Pooled Funds listed below. The proxy voting record will include all proxies voted from July 1st to June 30th. Where Highstreet is the portfolio manager of the Fund, proxies are voted according to the Highstreet policy, Voting of Securities. Where Highstreet has hired a sub-advisor, proxies are voted according to the sub-advisor's proxy voting policy.
