Objective
The investment objectives of the Fund are to provide investors with:
- An all-in-one portfolio solution
- Diversification across asset classes with a target asset mix of 60% equities and 40% fixed income
- The opportunity for long-term capital appreciation
Process
The Fund follows a disciplined investment approach and utilizes a tactical strategy to evaluate relative opportunities across asset classes in order to preserve capital while seeking a moderate level of growth. The asset allocation is reviewed by the Highstreet Pooled Fund Investment Team at least quarterly.
The Fund aims to achieve its investment objective by investing in a dynamic mix of the following investments managed by the Manager or a related party: pooled funds, retail mutual funds, ETFs, or non-traditional investment strategies, including underlying investment vehicles, all of which may be selected to respond to market conditions while targeting an overall asset mix of 60% fixed income and 40% equities.

In all cases, the benchmark changes were applied from that date forward.
